Course Overview
The SCA Sensory Skills Foundation and SCA Green Coffee Foundation, Combo courses are designed for beginners and aspiring coffee professionals who want to build a strong foundation in sensory evaluation and green coffee knowledge. This training provides participants with essential skills in taste perception, green coffee grading, and cupping practice, setting the stage for higher-level coffee education and professional growth in the specialty coffee industry.

Course Details
- Day 1: SCA Sensory Skills – Foundation
- Day 2: SCA Green Coffee – Foundation
- Day 3: Cupping practice, evaluation, and examinations
- Lead Trainer: Mr. Natt Muangsiri – Authorized SCA Trainer (2018–2027), Q Arabica & Robusta Grader, Lecturer in Quality Evaluation & Post-Harvest Processing
- Additional Support Staff: Provided by Espresso Academic Thailand at no extra cost, if required.
- Participants: 16–24 students (with the possibility of 32–48 students across both classes)
- Fee: NRs 80,000/- per person
