Course Overview
The SCA Barista Skills Intermediate course is designed for coffee professionals who already have basic barista knowledge and want to strengthen their practical skills and theoretical understanding. This internationally recognized training will focus on brewing techniques, espresso preparation, milk texturing, latte art, customer service, equipment management, and quality control, preparing participants to work confidently in professional coffee environments.

Course Details
- Trainer: Mr. Natt Muangsiri – Authorized SCA Trainer (2018–2027), Q Arabica & Robusta Grader, Lecturer in Quality Evaluation & Post-Harvest Processing
- Duration: 4 days (3 days of intensive training sessions+1 day for written and practical examinations (SCA certification exam)
- Participants: Limited to 16–24 students to ensure personalized attention and practical learning.
